Dollhouse Ragdolls started in Denver,
Colorado in 1988. I had been breeding Himalayans for 10 years when I learned
about the Ragdoll Cat. I purchased my first breeding pair and fell in
love. The Ragdoll personality, beauty and easy maintenance was a nice
change to the Himalayans. I still breed Himalayans but on a limited basis.
Ragdolls are blue eyed
"pointed" cats like the Siamese, Himalayan and Birman. They are
available in 3 patterns or "markings". The Colorpoint, the Mitted and
the Bicolor. Each pattern is available in a rainbow of colors including
blue, seal, lilac, chocolate, red, cream, tortie, to name a few.
Our cattery is in our home. I am
licensed and inspected by the Colorado Dept. of Agriculture. My kittens are sold
with a written health guarantee including a 2 year genetic guarantee. Kitties
are ready for adoption at 12 weeks old after receiving 2 vaccinations,
spay/neuter by my Veterinarian, and a complete health exam. They are happy and
well socialized. I show my cats in both TICA and CFA and all my breeders have
received their Championship Title or better. My goal is to produce the
large healthy ragdolls that the standard calls for. When you adopt a kitty from
us you receive the registration papers, pedigree and health records and of
course a written health guarantee.
